Nugget of Wisdom: Gratitude and Reciprocity

Mentor Johnson Tunji Adeyemo from Covenant of Ease advises against ingratitude. He emphasizes the principle of reciprocity: be there for others, and they will be there for you. It's crucial to remember that the help and support we receive, symbolized by the stick and the black glass, have aided us in the past. We shouldn't discard them hastily, like a blind person discarding the stick that guided them. There are individuals who have genuinely and passionately contributed to our progress, endowing us with talent, skills, and abilities. Yet, blinded by our own actions, we may spend recklessly and act without foresight, disregarding their support. However, we must realize that what goes around comes around. Payback day never ends, and every action will be accounted for in due time. Let's heed the call to do the needful: to correct and adjust our attitudes towards gratitude and reciprocity.
